Breakfast featured enjoyable options like waffles, but the selection was lacking. I was disappointed with the limited breakfast choices and lukewarm coffee. Every morning, breakfast ended too early for those leaving early, with no grab-and-go options available. Housekeeping had its ups and downs. While the room was generally well-maintained, there were instances of missed cleaning and a dirty soap dish that should have been addressed. Noise from other guests disturbed my sleep at times, particularly from a sports team staying on the same floor. Communication regarding check-out times was unclear, with a premature call asking why we hadn’t left by checkout time. Overall, the hotel offered decent amenities, but improvements in breakfast variety and noise management would enhance the experience.

I had a lovely stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton Carmel Indianapolis. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was wonderful, providing a peaceful environment, and the breakfast options were delightful.

Very pricey for the overall experience!!! The pool closure was disappointing given our plans. It was frustrating that trash cans outside were overflowing and rooms weren't fully restocked during our stay!!! Some amenities felt neglected!!!

Enjoyed our three-night stay in a spacious suite. The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the waffles! However, the lobby was a bit chaotic with an active birthday party. If you're traveling with family, consider timing your outings to avoid peak periods.
